FAST SWIM PROGRAM!
FAST (Flotation-Aided Swim Training) is an accredited water-safety program verified as equivalent to a nationally recognized aquatic standard.
We offer affordable lessons to help you become a Safety Swim Instructor and be your own boss.
Florida Department of Health–approved instructor course. In New Jersey, the FAST Swim Program is one of only three accepted certificate issuers for the Swim Instructor / Safety Water Instructor under NJAC 6A:9B-11.10—the same list as the American Red Cross and the YMCA.
Get certified. Teach. Swim. Become a Swim Instructor or CPR trainer through a credited pathway: online assessments + one in-person day swim skill test.

Certification Process
Verified water-safety training. Florida DOH–approved instructor course. Named in New Jersey code with the Red Cross and YMCA.
We advocate CDC and AAP guidelines: swim lessons, constant supervision, and U.S. Coast Guard–approved life jackets — not floaties, not “drown-proof.”
Online study plus one in-person pool session.
We use a blended format that combines our online self-paced course and a 4-hour pool practical.
Along the way, you will have access to your instructor and the rest of our team to answer questions and provide support.
Our accredited Swim Instructor Certification gives you flexibility and anytime support.

Are you hoping to practice in a private pool, public gym, or open water?
Adults are often afraid of swimming because of past trauma, lack of early exposure, or the visceral fear of losing control in an unfamiliar environment.
Fast Swim Program using a flotation method has helped many elderly individuals overcome fear of the water. You can swim in 5 days, depending on how much you trust and surrender to our Swim Instructor method.
