We use the FAST Swim Program to teach people of all ages how to swim. FAST Swim stands for Flotation Aided Swim Training. Like its name implies, we start swim lessons with a life jacket or puddle jumper for younger swimmers. This is the fastest, safest way to learn to swim. The FAST Swim program follows all AAP and CDC water safety guidelines and is approved by the Florida Department of Health. All instructors are certified teachers and are CPR and First Aid certified.

What we do is teach the stroke mechanics and breathing required with the security of wearing the flotation device. This allows the student to focus on breathing and movement. Swimming laps with a life jacket/puddle jumper builds endurance while creating muscle memory. Once they have the movement, breathing, and endurance down pat, then we take the jacket off and they just keep doing what they have already learned.
We begin working with children from eighteen-months to three years old in the parent and tot classes. Group lessons are for children three years old and up. Private lessons start with kids as young as two. We teach people of all ages into adulthood. We look forward to teaching you and/or your child how to be strong, confident, and safe swimmers.
It is never too late to learn how to swim!

A parent/guardian must remain on site to observe, this will enable reinforce of the lesson. We ask that parents not offer instruction during the lesson but are encouraged to use non-verbal positive reinforcement during lessons – clap, cheer, thumbs up. Any child that is not fully potty trained will be required to wear a swim diaper.
We look forward to teaching you and your child how to become a strong, confident, and safe swimmer.
